Youth Initiatives
The T&T Small Business Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.
Goal: Graduating a class of ten enterprising youth.
What does it mean to become an entrepreneur? Better yet, what does it take to be an entrepreneur? These are the questions posed when someone thinks of starting a business. The Tomorrow…Today Foundation took these questions to heart when developing our unique T&T Small Business Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Over a twelve-month period, ten outstanding young people develop, operate and run their own successful small business. The youth will undergo an immense training process developed specifically for young entrepreneurs. All of the small businesses will be operated in a way that will allow them to continue placing their education at the forefront of their lives.
These small businesses can range anywhere from fashion design to automotive repair, depending on the participant’s interests. The Leadership Program will teach them to become excellent managers of time and successfully run a small business while excelling in and out of the classroom.
At the Tomorrow…Today Foundation, we set the standard that others follow.
The Servants of Christ Disciples of Love Mentoring Initiative.
Goal: Graduating a class of twelve young men who will live follow the words of Christ.
In life, we make mistakes that can either be small or life-changing. Reflecting on those moments, we wish that there was someone who could have prepared and guided us; someone who could have warned us about how to handle those trials before they were faced. The path we take in life is very much determined by how we handle these obstacles.
Our parents and peers can offer advice, but a Mentor is someone who has been there. Mentors have been some of the world’s greatest leaders since the beginning of time - Moses mentored Joshua, Paul mentored Timothy, and Elijah mentored Elisha. All of these leaders could not have achieved their level of greatness if not for the help of God and the passionate advice and guidance of a caring mentor.
Recognizing the need for the continuation of the ancient tradition of mentorship in our modern day society, The T&T Foundation developed the Servants of Christ: Disciples of Love Mentoring Initiative.
Our goal is to transform twelve at-risk teenage males into powerful, world-changing leaders of tomorrow through the expansion of their minds. The participants undergo an in-depth 16-week mentorship program that instills financial and time management skills, scriptural knowledge, philanthropic intuitiveness, servant-based qualities, Christian brotherhood, teamwork, leadership and management qualities that are all grounded in the foundation of love.

The T&T Young Esther Mentoring Initiative.
Goal: To graduate a class of seven dynamic young women.
In the Bible, Esther was one of the greatest women to ever grace the earth - a peasant one day and a queen the next. What does it take in these modern times to go from ordinary to extraordinary?
To answer this question, the T&T Young Esther Mentoring Initiative was developed. Over a five-month period, seven dynamic young women will undergo a total life transformation that will help them metamorphose from young ladies into young leaders. Each young woman will be paired with an Esther Mentor at the onset of the five-month session. They will then develop a close relationship not only with their Mentor, but also with other young Esther members. These relationships will be the foundation of true sisterhood.
Young Esther will also partner with various business leaders, athletes, and motivational speakers who will talk to the young women and further contribute to their overall spiritual, physical, and mental development.
Where can you find a virtuous woman, whose worth is far above rubies? For an Esther, neither rubies nor diamonds can be compared to her phenomenal worth.
