The elderly have enriched our lives in so many ways; therefore, it is only fitting to help them achieve what they desire. The goal of Second Life Job Placement and After Retirement Living is to place retired citizens in the professions they’ve wanted to be in all their lives.

Imagine being able to give a retired city clerk an opportunity to work in a lawyer’s office, or offering a former professor the opportunity to experience the music industry first hand. These are some of the life-changing opportunities that will leave the elderly with a lasting sense of purpose and enjoyment; not only fulfilling their dreams, but also allowing them to continue giving back to the society they helped build.

The second component of the program is the After Retirement Living component, which places the elderly in a region of the country or the world that they’ve always wanted to travel to. This program allows seniors to not only work in their desired profession, but also in their desired destination. By partnering with national and international developers, senior communities in popular areas will be developed and serviced.

Goal: Bridging together two generations so that the young can learn from their elders.

As humans, we learn from mistakes in two ways - by experience and by instruction. The latter of the two allows people to learn without added trauma or expense. The Generation 2 Generation Youth and Elderly Success Initiative is a program designed to bring the knowledge of our elderly to our youth in an informative fashion, so that they can talk about the positive and negative experiences of their lifetime. The youth then applies their advice in their own lives.

The seniors benefit from receiving companionship and knowing that the story of their life carries on in the life of another.
